Intercessory Prayers For The Nation
As a spiritual community, we have been praying for our nation all week. Commendation to the churches that maximized their efforts in organizing morning prayer sessions focussing each day on an essential segment of national life. We wecome and pray with and for our community, parish, and national leaders in church this Sabbath.
Adventist Christian Education
Our Mission for education is “To provide Adventist Education that seeks to prepare students to be thinkers rather than mere reflectors of others’ thoughts, thus developing their highest potential spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially, for productive service in this world, and the world to come.”
Consequently, we consistently and increasingly invest financial resources in developing the infrastructure of our five schools, Hagley Park Preparitory, Kingsway High/Pre-Kinder Preparitory, Miramar Kinder Preparitory, New Hope Preparitory, and Woodford Preparitory, and added human resources where necessary toward a rounded delivery of the schools curricula.
Our members are encouraged, and our workers, not excluding our pastors, are required, to send their children to our schools, peraventure the subjects along their intended career path are offered there.
At our schools:
- Academic subjects are integrated with biblical truths.
- Teachers are positive role models.
- Parents and families are highly involved in their children’s education.
- The learning environment is positive.
- Character development is essentially fostered.
- Accademic standards are high.
