Setting the tone to leave us with an impact; reminding us of who we are

Evangelist Richard Meggie in his final sermon told the church that many have forgotten their purpose and why they are SDA’s.  He said the SDA church was established to carry forward the message of the three angels’ messages and is the only church that can blow the trumpet and give the trumpet a certain sound. Revelation 14.6-12.  The only church that can call sin by its right name because Seventh-day Adventists believe and keep the Ten Commandments which include the seventh day Sabbath and God is depending on every SDA to sound the message.

He said, yes, there are SDA members who are not living right, yet, have you heard of the Advent church how she is moving according to prophecy... don’t look at the church; it has its challenges but rather, look to Jesus – look forward to a city whose Builder and Maker is God.  SDA members believe that Jesus is the only Mediator between God and man and salvation comes only through Jesus and that is why we can plea the blood, however the church needs more spirit-filled members to plunder sin.

Over 25 persons accepted the call to include a ‘mother and daughter’ and a ‘mother and son Moses’.  Moses was the initiator as he told his mother that he wanted to be baptised and she ultimately made her decision to follow Moses in his walk with the Lord.  Others are making up their minds and are expected to be baptised later thus increasing the number of souls.

The church continues to rejoice with the angels in heaven over the rich harvest of souls and the renewed commitment of members at the end of the revival and reformation evangelistic gospel series.
